FREE Tax Preparation at CCV

Would you like your taxes done for FREE and FAST?

Was your total family income less than $50,000 in 2009?

If you answered yes to both of these questions, sign up for an appointment to have your taxes done at CCV through the Vermont Income Tax Assistance Program. The appointments will be on Wednesday, February 10th, from 2-5pm in Room 110/Cherry Street.

Your taxes will be done for you by an IRS-certified volunteer tax assistor. Appointments are available on a first come first serve basis. Call 2-1-1 to see if you are eligibile and to sign up for an appointment - please mention you are signing up for the CCV onsite service.

***If you use the program, don't forget to ask about the US Savings Bonds. The bonds are I Bonds, which will be paying 3.36% interest, and are available in $50 increments - a great way to put away some savings!
